Use this page to ask about information connected with a SapienMinds account, request a copy, ask for a correction, or request account deletion.

SapienMinds is operated by Christopher Turberville, trading as SapienMinds.
Your email app will open a draft. It does not send automatically. We receive a request only if you choose to send the message, and opening a draft does not confirm delivery or completion.

The links include only a general subject. They contain no child details, account identifiers, sign-in links or tokens. You can also write to the address above from another device.
How we check account requests
Before sharing account information or acting on a deletion request, we need to check that the requester is allowed to act for that account. We may ask you to complete a fresh confirmation sent to the account's registered email address. If you cannot access that mailbox or authority is unclear, contact us so we can consider another safe verification route.
We will not ask you to send a password, a password-reset link, or a sign-in token. Do not include a child's name, school, health information, password or security code in an initial email.
What a request covers
An account copy or deletion needs to consider both account records held online and practice information stored on devices. A cloud request does not automatically remove unsent or cached information from every device. Device cleanup and any records held by service providers need separate checks before we can describe the outcome as complete.
Sending a request starts a conversation; it does not itself produce a copy or erase information. We will explain what we can verify and what actions have been completed before calling a request finished.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription or payment. Billing arrangements have not been finalised. Ask us which route applies before closing an account, and do not email payment-card details.
